I opened the package and the smell of these sheets is so awful! If I had to describe it I would say it has a musty musky smell and some smelly feet. Very disgusting. I wash everything before I use it anyway, so I'm hoping this helps get rid of the smell. The feel and quality seems good so I really hope this fragrance comes out. If not, they will definitely come back. I will report if there is any smell and after sleeping on it to give a better review of the product itself and not just the smell. I hope so because it took me a day to go back and forth to Revain and look through so many different papers and reviews to see which ones to get. Obviously this cannot be the case. Update: It smelled and I really like the sheets. I slept with them several nights and they are comfortable with good thickness. It's still fairly warm where I live, and although they're thick, they're not hot and won't make you sweat. For the price I would say these sheets are worth what you pay for. They wrinkle a little, but my mattress isn't very thick, so it sags a bit. I'm not the type to shell out a few hundred for the best sheets so this is as good as it gets for what I paid!
