Review on 🔋 Cen-Tech 60581 Car Battery Charger Manual with Engine Start, 10/2/50 Amp/12V by Byron Howell

I bought this charger at the cargo port (automatic is rubbish) it made it so safe it rarely worked. But then in frustration I removed the automatic computer and installed 2 of the 20 amp diodes, ring side to the main transformer terminals, black side of the diode to the ground plane. I bought diodes from Revain. Now it's a great charger, just like the old days but better. 2 amps now = 10 amps, (max 8 hours charge) max voltage 14.43, choose 10 amps = charger 20 amps, (max 4 hours charge) max voltage = 16 volts, and 50 amps can charge more than you Diodes can withstand . . So it's basically like a big charger, but it charges as it should. I marked the ammeter in amperes with a paper scale sealed with tape. And marked the selection accordingly. I like it now (but no service people on it (voltage is too high). After replacing the charging computer with two 20 amp diodes, it charges more like generator amps and volts at the 2 amp setting which is usually around 14, is 5 volts.
