Works but not very well
I have followed all the instructions. It took about 10 seconds longer to melt the balls as instructed. I smeared it in the direction of the hair, dried it for a minute, and then tore it off. Only half of the hair removed. My legs can be seen in the photo. I tried smearing it thick and then thinner, the result is the same. Tried removing hair on the leg and face with the same result.
