Sturdy, natural looking cardboard tape works great.

This tape is ideal for repairing boxes or recycling paper boxes. It is very strong and will not let go after sticking. When cutting with scissors, the blades leave marks and therefore need to be cleaned.

Pros

WEATHER AND ABRASION RESISTANCE. Weather and abrasion resistance helps maintain excellent performance over a wide temperature and humidity range (40 F to 175 F). This tape does not curl and is resistant to solvents or oils once applied. The color of the tape pairs well with cardboard and kraft boxes, and unlike traditional foil packaging tape, the tape can be torn by hand.
