Used it during a power outage. Didn’t realize you had to crank it forever to get any juice into it. Other than that it worked fine after charging and with batteries. But in an emergency, and you had to rely on the hand rank, good luck!

- A bit pricey, I used a coupon. It works and has two flashlights which is nice.

- The user interface may be confusing, making it difficult for users to access all of the product's features
