The customer support has been outstanding, which I've received when my account needed assistance with billing issues or questions about our contract renewal process in order to get paid as promised! There really isn't much to dislike at this time -- everything seems great! We are very satisfied customers of mio's services. And we have no regrets from either party! They helped us out by putting all of our information into one place so there were not many places where we could keep track of what was happening. It made it easier to communicate quickly with our clients because they had access to all of our documents via an online portal that allowed them easy viewing & sharing. As far as cost goes - nothing! Our price point didn’t change (which makes sense since most providers charge more than $250/month). What changed instead was how long it took between invoice payment coming through versus being able to actually see invoices.
