I ordered a 5 lamp lamp for our dining room. The assembly was really easy. After connecting and attaching the panel to the ceiling, we found that the screws (that bolted to the mounting panel) were too short and wouldn't work with this mount. After a trip to the hardware store for the right screws, it was finally installed. It wasn't until everything was lifted that we realized the cord wasn't intertwined with the chain cord, so it was hanging loose on the chain. And since it was already up, we didn't want to take it off a second time to see if we could thread the cord through the chain. I would suggest checking this before installing. And buy longer screws (see picture of correct screws). In general, the light is excellent for this money. I only wish they had done a better job with the cable and included the correct screws.
