I've always used Alexandria sugar but it's so hard to find and one of my friends recommended it to me so I bought it. I've only used it a few times but it's easy to use but I do feel it hardens quicker than some types of sugar but I was able to make over half of my brazil before the sugar hardened and I got a new hand had to get sugar. Please read and follow the instructions before use. I thought it was crazy reading 7-12 seconds. I thought no way and put it in for about 1 minute and 30 seconds and burned the layer or two skins on my finger so please follow and read the instructions because it was painful and I really don't want anyone else experienced this pain. The only problem I had was getting that stupid paper crap off the top. She ended up stuck in sugar and was a pain in the ass. But I can recommend it 100%
