The customer service team is very responsive to any questions or concerns I have. They are always willing to help me with anything from scheduling an appointment for my mother who has dementia, to helping me figure out how to get her medical records in order so she can receive care at home. Sometimes it takes awhile to actually schedule an appt but they will keep you updated as things progress. It's convenient to be able to pick up prescriptions right there when needed. Also great if you need to go back and forth between appointments because of your location. There isn't much to dislike about this program! If you're looking for something easy to use and helpful, give limeade a try. We've been using them for several years now and we love it. My mom was having trouble remembering where she had put certain medications and would forget what day it was sometimes. Now she knows exactly where everything is and remembers which days she needs to take medication.
