I've been looking for something to help me stretch out and slow down the tempo of my swing. This works perfectly and for half the price of other "swing aids" it can't be beat. Seems like it will hold up well, I've only been using it for 2 weeks. Some people complained about the grip in other reviews. I don't have a problem with it and it doesn't dig into my hands. It does not have a counter balance like the Orange whip but we're comparing apples and well. Oranges.
