The mirror is very nice and easy to install (my husband had no problems with it). Functionality is pretty good too. The only thing stopping me from giving five stars is that it doesn't have a one-piece construction for the mirror frame and the wind whistles through the window when driving. The whistling is very annoying (for me) because I like to drive with the window open. It's not loud enough to be heard through a closed window, but it starts at relatively slow speeds (30-35 mph) and builds up as the wind picks up. In addition, it is a truly amazing after-sales product.
