Preferring not to ruin my teeth with sugary concoctions, raising my blood sugar, and increasing insulin resistance with artificial sweeteners, I figured I'd never find an unsweetened protein powder that I could safely swallow for the taste to cover unnecessarily. so far! Pros: - Dissolves easily - Smooth texture compared to other plant-based proteins - Extremely neutral taste - Neutral enough to use as if it were plant-based milk. I mean less sugar than soy or almonds, which is saying a lot. If you need to dress it up, it mixes easily with other fruits, flavors, etc. I usually drink it neat or with half a scoop of tea. Chai latte mix if I want some flavor. Cons: - .- High sodium I think? - Easy to separate, so you need a shaker. I just wish it came in a container that had less of an impact on the use of plastics :(Note: I chose this particular brand because my stomach does not tolerate gluten or whey. However, I do supplement my diet with animal protein.
