Of the cheaper competitors, probably only Redmi 2100, but that model is too fresh and there are still problems with drivers for third-party firmware. Raised OpenVPN on it to connect to the home grid and run the home computer via Wake on Lan. For users who have never run Linux and are not ready to spend 5-6 hours on setting up a router, I strongly advise against trying OpenWRT.
