Very pretty BUT annoyed with whoever decided to make the clasp so small without a link at the end that is bigger. Like how 99% of necklaces have. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON WITH ACRYLIC NAILS! It's a shame because it is a cute necklace, just annoyed with how long it takes to get on. Some days I just legit give up. I already exchanged it for another because I thought it was a accident, NOPE, received the second one like that. I requested to have one added and was told if I'm not pleased that I can return or exchange, quality of customer service was less than satisfactory.
