DO NOT BUY THESE. Not only does it not absorb ink, but if you're doing a more complicated tattoo and it takes a while, the tattoo stencil will smear it. I've tried scraping it off when I'm done and not only is it bloody hard to clean, not only does the stencil get dirty and not only does it barely pick up ink, but when you try to go back and retouch after wiping , the ink literally just stays on. I think you get what you pay for. I strongly recommend investing in something better.
