Full instructions were not included (no big deal, they are here on the product page). Spent almost an hour between trying to find the "latch" to release the stand and searching the web to find that this model's stand is designed differently. Since the only option would be a VESA adapter attached to the stand, I'm just going to return it and forego the easy seated position option for this computer. Although the arm seemed well made, I just couldn't use it. Updating the page to clarify that the model runs through EARLY 2012 will be helpful to others.
