Great experience using Ice Factor and would recommend

The best thing about this service was its flexibility to work around my schedule as I am not working in a traditional office setting anymore! It really helped me feel more connected to their team members while also helping them understand how they can better serve our clients' needs. We were able to get some great feedback from people who had never used ice factor before which gave us new ideas for future projects we are currently developing. There wasn't anything specific at first but once it started rolling along everything fell into place pretty well.

Pros

This is an excellent way to do remote management with your employees without being present yourself, you have direct contact when needed or just need someone else's perspective then there should be no problem reaching out directly through email if necessary too; however most problems will already resolved over conference call so that shouldn’t happen often anyway unless something major goes wrong..I think one good feature would help keep track/log all communication
