Pros
- This is an excellent way to do remote management with your employees without being present yourself, you have direct contact when needed or just need someone else's perspective then there should be no problem reaching out directly through email if necessary too; however most problems will already resolved over conference call so that shouldnβt happen often anyway unless something major goes wrong..I think one good feature would help keep track/log all communication
