Works great on my old 1985 Chevy C20 dozer The swap took only a few minutes. You can loosen three mounting screws and pull them out far enough to release the linkage. One of the rubber mounts has a ground strap, I just ripped it off the old wiper motor where it was riveted and used a metal screw to reattach it to the new motor. there is a hole for that. Reuse the rubber mounts and the cover that goes over the motor shaft to the firewall to cover the hole. Change isn't as bad as it seems. I did it outside in 15 degree weather.
