Review on Channellock 447 Curved Diagonal Cutting by Gopal Baltimore

I've had a pair of these for over 25 years and they still haven't worn out until I cut the power line. Ouch! I love the extra jaw curve on this particular channel lock pliers. Not only are they the ideal tool for general electrical work, they are also GREAT for pulling narrow crown rods, nails and staples giving you the leverage and reach you need. If I only had a pair of wire cutters, these would be them. After 25+ years of work and home use, the plastic on the handles was still in pretty good shape. In my book is really worth the money. Update: After a few weeks of intermittent use, both vinyl grip sleeves began to slip off the grips. I'm quite disappointed that Channellock ruined their quality. I will glue them again but their sliding under pressure is frustrating. Still a great tool, but I'm demoting it to four stars.
