I have been using CMYBabee cartridges in my HP Laserjet M254dw printer for a while and am very happy with them. Print quality is no different than factory HP cartridges. They just work. Yesterday, at HP's suggestion, I allowed my printer to update the firmware. Suddenly my CMYBabee cartridges stopped working in the printer. I received a "Delivery Error" error message and the printer did nothing. Apparently this is HP's way of forcing us to only buy their mega-expensive toner cartridges. try to disable them. Five is beginning to reach out to CMYBabee to help us resolve this issue. TIP: If you haven't already done so, turn off automatic firmware updates on your HP printer and do not update.
