Very easy to care for! I have a large laundry bag for all my guinea stuff, I toss the whole house (after making sure all poop balls are removed of course) in a laundry bag along with any other fleece sheets/pee pads I have, and it keeps its shape! I wash on a gentle cycle with Norwex (an unscented detergent), then dry on a gentle cycle on very low heat on a 'drier' setting, then let the moisture air dry. Also, I put a square fleece pad on the floor of the house, under the included pad so I don't have to clean the house as often, just the pad and the pee pad.
