TLDR; You should buy this if you have golfer's elbow. I have owned this product for a week now. I have had problems with my golfer's elbow for about 2 weeks and it always hurt. I went to the doctor and was prescribed rest, ice and ibuprofen. Three weeks of it and almost no change except for a few days when it hurt a little and some days it hurt a lot. Eventually I resorted to this product to see if it would help at all. When I put on the cuff and forearm bracelet, my elbow stopped flapping and twisting and I was able to straighten it with absolutely no pain. I took off my sleeve and slept the whole night with a bandage on my forearm (which the instructions didn't tell you to do). It irritated my skin a bit and left me with a rash for most of the next day. Although I didn't follow the "overnight" directions, I didn't wear it at all on the 2nd day and still had no pain. I haven't worn a compression sleeve since day one, but as soon as my elbow starts to hurt, I immediately put on a brace and I'm happy again.
