The best USB-C to USB-A adapter today, no cable required and quite thin. I personally prefer this over the Apple alternative simply because of the compact size. Whether you want to leave it attached to a specific accessory or take it with you on the go, it's a great choice. The LED light is a bit distracting but since it's double sided you can easily flip it and the space gray color goes really well with the space gray color of my computer. It seems to work well with all my USB-A accessories. It leaves very little space when plugged in, so use a different USB-C port on your MacBook Pro, but if you have the Touch Bar version you'll have the other side too.
