Don't waste your money, bought it from Sephora and it worked fine at first. But after about 3 months I noticed that it wasn't as effective and seemed to roast my hair. I looked online and saw that product buildup between the bristles is a known problem and thought maybe that's why mine are becoming ineffective. When I started brushing, I noticed that the bristles of the hot brush were shedding, like the "polished" part was coming off. I understood why my hair was damaged. .it was just heated metal, how cheap! And misleading. .I have had a Qi iron for over 7 years and the coating on the iron is still there. Also, you will never be able to reach someone personally to speak to them on a customer service number. It only goes to voicemail which is full. I didn't get a response to my email to the company either. The way they got to Sephora amazes me. They definitely don't match the quality of the Sephora brand. they are rat. Do not buy. when you buy Expect a poor quality product and once it starts breaking and you try to use the 'guarantee' exchange they promised.
