Amika Polished Perfection Straightening Brush Review

I've had this for over two years now and have loved it from day one. Lots of YouTube videos explaining how to deal with roots and all.

Returned. I have a heated comb which I paid about $30 for and works great but I bought it because it's summer and my hair is very frizzy and Amika claims it's a pass through and healthier for the hair. Not sure if this one passed quality control but I scanned the same area about 5 times and it was never completely smooth. I don't shoot straight at the stick. Just smoothed it out. The price is too high and doesn't live up to its reputation.

Excellent rectifier. heats up quickly. I wish they could recommend a good conditioning product as hair feels a bit dry after straightening but that could just be my hair. gratitude

Heats up quickly. Easy to use, effectively and quickly straightens hair. The best flat iron I have ever used and I have curly hair.

Don't waste your money, bought it from Sephora and it worked fine at first. But after about 3 months I noticed that it wasn't as effective and seemed to roast my hair. I looked online and saw that product buildup between the bristles is a known problem and thought maybe that's why mine are becoming ineffective. When I started brushing, I noticed that the bristles of the hot brush were shedding, like the "polished" part was coming off. I understood why my hair was damaged. .it was just heated…

I sent this back because while it makes a good straightening comb it didn't work on my bangs. They just stuck out when I used this comb

This is a good quality product. I didn't want to buy another hair item, but one of my clients who had never had her hair done came into the salon with beautiful hair. I asked her about it and she was delighted with this product. I tried it, my family tried it and we all love it. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I'm pretty picky and this is a good product. You can style your hair very quickly and it looks amazing.
