Helped me a lot during my twin pregnancy. It provides support as advertised and I noticed a big difference when I was wearing it and when I wasn't. I mostly wore it to work, but now that I'm close to my deadline, I wear it when I have to stand in the kitchen for an hour or so. Definitely has a very noticeable impact on the pressure I felt when standing when I wasn't on it. It also helped with pelvic pain, which I started about 6 months later due to pubic symphysis dysfunction. That was my reason for ordering the belt in the first place. Now that I've moved on, the pain is completely gone. Not sure if it's just the belt or the problem went away on its own. Now for the cons: It's visible under all my clothes. People are sure to look at thongs if they're not asking what they're for. It looks like heavy bra straps and looks pretty unsightly. It hasn't stopped me from wearing it to work every day as it has helped me deal with the pain and pressure. If the straps were more like a camisole, it would be less of a hassle. Another thing is that it is not so easy and convenient to put on as it does not have hooks etc. Again, a little discomfort is good. I highly recommend this if you can put up with ugly straps for a few months.
