Not for Soap

I would not recommend this mica in any soap making. I tried it at CP and it's completely cream again. In Eye Candy's defense, they don't specifically advertise CP soap. However, there is a "melt and pour" item in their description. I tried again in this application, both clear and white based. None of the flowers looked bluish green. The soap is currently a chaotic mass of bluish gray color. In the transparent base I could see the blue and green "dancing" but not together. Like they're trying to avoid each other, if that makes sense. My advice: when making soap, stick with your tried-and-true mica. I had a bouquet of flowers in my basket and decided to try two of them first, glad I did. The other color turned out to be disgusting too. A costly mistake anyway. trying two of these first, I'm glad I did. The other color turned out to be disgusting too. A costly mistake anyway. trying two of these first, I'm glad I did. Absolutly stunning color in epoxy! My new favorite, rich deep blue.
