Review on LeaveXpert by Will Schimmel

I like that it's easy to use, has all of my data in one place (including salary history), is very intuitive for new hires/employees, gives me access to leave information from other companies as well. It does not have any functionality outside its core product - so if you are looking into something more robust then go with another solution. We're solving our employee time off issue by having them submit their requests through this platform instead of emailing HR or using an internal system we built ourselves. This allows us to keep track of everything centrally without duplicating efforts internally. The biggest benefit here was saving money since there were no additional fees associated with sending out emails within our organization.
