Works great for me.
Only used twice on my Chevy 5.3 so far. It worked great both times. I understand that with prolonged use this may not last, but any bolt and nut that is constantly tightened to the maximum will fail due to the stress on the metal. Luckily, it's affordable enough to buy again and still save money.
