I've had mine for a long time and am very happy with it. It works perfectly. After recording, you can plug it into the USB port and the program will start automatically. You can save and rename files on your computer or send them to a friend. I like the feature that the device only records when there is activity, which saves a lot of time when there is silence during a call. The sound quality is excellent. It is very easy to understand the conversations. It can record many hours.
