Amazing features that make this detector worth every penny you pay for it: 1. Mute Memory - Stores up to 100 locations where false Ka alarms are commonly recorded such as: B. CVS or Walgreens, and are not recognized. Walk away the next time you pass them. 2. Quiet Driving - You can set a speed limit, and as long as you drive below the set speed, it won't work. 3. Speed limit - here you set the maximum speed limit and if you exceed it, an alarm will sound. 4. Check - saves up to a hundred locations where the cops like to place radar, school or speed camera zones, for example, and warns you long before you get too close to them. 5. Red Light Camera - Alerts you when approaching a red light camera. Also, this thing picks up ka alerts from over 1/2 mile away, which is pretty much what all the police do here in Houston, Texas and the surrounding areas. The K-bands and X-bands are virtually non-existent, which I've found after using several different detectors here over the past 15 years, so I'm glad I can knock both out with this detector.
