This seller has twice attempted to bribe me into removing this rating or changing it to 5 stars. I don't work like that. I reported her. First Review: The tool works as it should, but I suspect this seller ships returned items as new. I ordered it and it came packaged in a padded envelope. Not included: two of the three cables, user manual. Included in delivery: two (empty) universal batteries already installed. No two wires and no instructions to help me build my own. The device was unusable for me. I immediately issued a refund and decided to send a replacement. The replacement came in a box. All components are individually packed at the factory. Included in delivery: all cables and manual. Not included: Two (discharged) pre-installed batteries. The replacement works perfectly. It's not designed for professionals, but looks like it will work for casual users like me. Much luck!
