Works well after a few days. This switch is pretty good, it takes a power cord and outputs to two variable output sources. Thus, a heat source can independently control fan speed and light output. What I wasn't expecting were the fan speed designations (at least on my switch) 0=off, 1=high, 2=slightly slower, 3=slower than 2, and 4=lowest speed. It struck me as odd. I expected 4 to be the fastest speed and 1 to be slow when 0 is off. I didn't wire anything backwards as the wires coming out the back of the switch are very clearly marked. It's just a weird operation, that's all. The rest of the switch works great. If he burns down my house, I will reduce the number of stars. for perfectly understandable reasons.
