Adequate but NOT worth the money redesigned

Weak controller. I had to wrap it to keep leaks from getting into the control unit. The lights change from white to multicolor (actually only good for Christmas). The flicker settings cause stripes like a cheap 1950s billboard, flashing much faster than is humanly comfortable. But the light is cheap and if it lasts longer than a year I'll be happy. I won't buy them again unless they last at least 3 years continuously overnight. TO EDIT. The fairy lights started dying a few days after the initial check. The places where he died were invisible during the busy months of January and February. They died in a light intersection with the first chain of about ten lights, but they were obscured by a second set that inevitably doubled. A second set of ten lamps, which (temporarily) went out, were hung on a piece of wood. The fact that this section looked like it was just skipped and not killed made it more palatable. But now I have over 50% of the lights off. Now it looks like a post-apocalyptic scenery. Looks sad. I would not recommend these street lights. They survived the cold but the heat killed them. How does that even make sense? The lights really only lasted about a month. Which in itself is bad quality.
