I have used several different adapters to connect different headsets to my computers and this one definitely works well for the money. The MillSO adapters I've used in the past have been well built and I expect this one to last at least as long as the others I've used (over a year on my last USB/single I/O headset adapter). ). The I/O (microphone/headphone) color matching is exactly the same as the built-in audio/audio expansion card, making it easy to connect for those who have never used such an adapter before.
