Do not spray inwards - produces greasy porridge and streaks. Didn't kill my flies

I love that this brand combines natural formulas, but this one is a bit confusing. The key ingredients here are geraniol and lemongrass oil with mineral oil as a carrier (petroleum based). ). Geraniol and lemongrass are great mosquito repellents, but they're not repellent โ€” they're used to kill mosquitoes and flies around the home. If they used soybean oil as a base, this could be used as a bug repellent spray. people or pets, as a fogger or for its intended purpose (indoor use). But mineral oil is based on petroleum and is harmful to the skin, while other substances like ethyl lactate cause irritation. I don't understand why they did it. They warn against using it as a nebulizer, you should not inhale the fumes. This is only for spraying problem areas and directly on flies and mosquitoes. I tried spraying on a fly - it didn't kill the fly, it didn't even slow down. Also, being almost 100% oil, it leaves a very greasy residue all over the house. Using it next to drywall will stain it. If it seeps into the drywall, all you can do is brush over the oil stain. leaves and I'm not sure what else to do with it.
