a little problem with the turn signal remote, it initially didn't charge and didn't sync, kept it charged for 3 days before finally deciding to start charging, it took another 12 hours until it was fully charged seems to him, the battery was dead. The company was very responsive and offered a replacement, but it started working and I haven't had any issues with it since. Overall I love this helmet, it fits perfectly, the rear turn signals are very noticeable, so many riders have commented on them, meaning they actually see me on my e-bike and are aware of my intentions. This helmet is also a perfect match for the Aeropex Aftershokz open-ear headphones. I want an open ear so I can hear movement around me but still hear my music. Most helmets fit/don't fit these types of headphones because they fit on the back of the head, Lumos fits them perfectly, Lumos and Aeropex should make a deal for both products or do some sort of integration.
