4 hours of excellent clarity, i liked it. What followed was a week of excruciating fatigue, itchy legs, convulsions, restlessness, nerve pain and insomnia. It's been my fifth day in this hell and it's finally wearing off, but my roommate is even worse than me. She has panic attacks and pain. This material is very dangerous. The weird thing is we didn't take any medication, we didn't take any other herbs, we took a subset on day one and had no effect or side effects so we tried the full dose and bam! Bad Effects! Unfortunately, it's not worth 4 hours of perfect clarity. 😢UPDATE**************** Day 8 after taking this single dose My blood pressure has always been 120/72, 12/83 or higher. It rose to 133/90! My blood pressure isn't that high at night anymore, which is good. Now it just increases randomly throughout the day. Read some research reports online that you can impair your body's ability to produce dopamine if you take this for a long time. This is serious because ALCAR claims to help people with depression. I personally would not consider this as an alternative to any treatment.
