Because, like many people who play board games, I've decided that I just don't have enough dice! I chose this instead of Pound-O-Dice because I appreciate complete random assortment sets. I am very happy with this purchase; This 100+ set just makes you want to explore other Wiz Dice sets more and considering they aren't specifically called Factory First I think the other sets will be of even higher quality. The bones are a little round for my liking, especially the d20, but they bounce and roll well enough to compensate. Royal Ransom, Boiled Bile, Swamp Slime, Basilisk Blood, Arcane Aura, Lucid Dreams, Heart of the Mountain, Stardust, Drow Hide, and Astral Echo. I would love it. one of the blue sets (basilisk blood seems more green than blue to me), but I knew it could happen upon entry. In terms of quality, these dice are pretty good, but definitely not the first. There is a slight variation in some sets and their numbers; my eighth photo shows the main difference to me - some of the triples on d6 have a completely different font, but that's probably just due to different production runs or old sets. The bag they came in had an odd texture, maybe silicon dust residue or something (like the texture of some rubber gloves) but I think it will wear off over time. The translucent sets have bubbles, but none of them are particularly objectionable (you can see it on the d20 of the fully transparent set). Proceeding with this set, some of the bones appear to have been used or improperly polished - my "clean" d6 isn't really clear at all, and some sets seem a bit duller than they should be. Finally, many dice are imperfectly colored. Sometimes it's just a little off the edge, but other times (like my last two photos) it's either bleeding out of the edges, unevenly filled, or semi-chaotically mottled on the crystal. None of these issues are big enough to dissuade. stopping someone else from getting those bones! If you want lots of nice dice, this bag is for you. Don't like how the set is signed? Check out the tutorial and draw or recolor them yourself. Collect them yourself or leave them to players without dice! Give away the colors you don't like or hide them in your huge stash!
