I've used well-known brands of dice for years. I went to my local toy store and spent hours rolling their dice to find a set I liked that was "my" dice. I paid half their price for a set so it's easy to get 15 sets for the price of two. There's some merit in having your own set that you're connected to rather than a bunch of random dice, but you can never have many dice. VERY CLOSE indeed - today I received my bag of bones and I immediately started disassembling it. I have 14 sets of 7 and one set of 6 - I'm missing a D6 from a set.
