I've used well-known brands of dice for years. I went to my local toy store and spent hours rolling their dice to find a set I liked that was "my" dice. I paid half their price for a set so it's easy to get 15 sets for the price of two. There's some merit in having your own set that you're connected to rather than a bunch of random dice, but you can never have many dice. I got them to add some extras to my large collection and give them away to future players as spare parts. The reviews here go in all directions, but it's a great addition at a great price. If you want bulky dice and don't care about luck or imperfection, these are great. Bonus points with them for coming individually wrapped in sets rather than in a large sorting bag. After getting them I might get some 6s or 10s on some other games but this sure is a game changer.
