Very easy to install, doesn't require much effort but does the job very well. Works with new, wider sanitary threads. So if you have a 1950's house with old plumbing, it can't be bolted on. Our downstairs bathroom didn't work, but the upstairs has been renovated and worked great. Bought two. I will keep the second one as a spare because it was cheap and they are plastic so they may not last long but I hope everyone is careful with them. A nice long hose and the water saver feature keeps water flowing as they say, keeping the water hot without emptying the tank! I think it's a good buy.
