THIS SHOULD work BUT it assumes you don't need to apply power, but you do. MAYBE it works without an external power supply just to use the NEXT button on that HDMI switch - I don't know. It is required for the remote control. Also, I'm not used to seeing an HDMI switch with a remote that doesn't have a built in IR sensor, just an OUTSIDE sensor on the end of the cable that you may need to attach in order to use the remote. In the description above, I think they go a very long way in not informing you of all this. Like I said, it really works. It's super small, which might be good for you because it saves space, but it might be difficult for people with less than good eyesight or big hands to use. I gave it 3 stars because I don't think they give decent information. And the instructions require a large magnifying glass. But it seems to work if you connect the infrared sensor cable and power it. There is an indicator showing which HDMI input is being used.
