This product was recommended to me by a dermatologist. I need time to work, but I've noticed that my hair got noticeably thicker after the first month. I also have problems with hair loss; and I noticed less hair loss and breakage after the first bottle. I just finished my third bottle and my hair is shiny and my hair seems much more moisturized as relaxation can dry it out. It doesn't seem to encourage much hair growth, but it does prevent breakage while maintaining the length you have. My hairdresser even noticed the difference.
