The simplicity, versatility and capability is what I like most about this product from lydon group. It can be used for any size business as it has all modules needed for small or large organizations. There are different ways you could use lydons products depending upon how much customization u want. Also there are some limitations with the system which makes me feel that they need more support staffs who understand their needs fully otherwise its not worth buying. If you have limited resources then go ahead but if you do things rightly at first place than nothing will stop working when issues arise. We had multiple problems while implementing new processes within our organization so we decided to outsource these services because it was too expensive to hire full time employees just only few people were able to handle them properly.
