The material is excellent, the length is just right, the foot and calf sections are comfortable, but the top cuff is so tight it feels like a tourniquet to the touch. If the area where the cuff fits your leg is larger than 13.5 inches, it will be very uncomfortable. My leg is 15 inches where the cuff is applied and it was very painful. Grooves where the cuffs are applied and bruises were felt several hours after taking them off. I was so disappointed because all other parts of the socks are good.
