I bought this fan to go to graduation in NYC in May. I knew it was going to be hot and I wanted to do something to help. This fan looked good and the price was right so I gave it a try. It was well packaged with its own charging cable. I quickly connected the USB cable and charged. Charged quickly. The fan is marked with "R" and "L" so that you can easily understand how to put it on. I found the "on" switch and turned it on. The wind was pleasant but not strong. It was like that until I noticed that if you press the button again it goes to a higher mode, then back to HIGH! The fan is very refreshing. They sit well on the neck, are larger than normal headphones, but are not bulky. You can bend them to be closer to your face or stretch them to be further away, giving them more flexibility. I liked being able to put my hands over the fan and get chills in my arms. Sometimes it's nice to cool your hands. The breeze blows sideways in your face, which is also very refreshing. The device is durable and you can move it to cool different areas. I even took it off and aimed it at my chest and got a pretty nice breeze. The charge seems to last for a decent amount of time, I don't use it all the time so I can't say how many hours it lasts, but I can say that it charges quickly. I recommend this device!
