I was looking for coasters/flat plates to create a more humid environment for my bromeliads and ferns and they fit perfectly in every way. I originally intended to buy glass saucers as a more sustainable option, but the strength and thickness of the plastic means they will last and I can use them over and over again. Like other reviewers, I have found that the stickers/labels on the bottom are very time consuming and difficult to remove, but I'm not overly concerned as no one will be looking at the bottom of the saucers.
