I had liked the concept of this retractable hose. You can hang it and connect it, but my main problem with this which is the most important part is the cheaply made hose handle and connection.The hose handle easily just snaps right off and you get a big splash and gush of water from the hose while your handle goes flying. It's happened to me 3 times on one watering. It doesn't tighten well. It's just a plastic piece that tries to secure itself without tightening. The adapter that holds the actual hose by the handle is also plastic and the house comes right out and your stuck with a hose just gushing water.The other thing I think is pretty dangerous is when it auto-retracts you have to make sure you hold the handle tightly and walk the hose back to place. If you have kids watch out! Once you give that second tug for it to go back it pulls back really strongly and it can easily slip. Then it wildly swings all over the place to go back into the holder. It can smack someone.I had liked the idea, but these critical issues really make it shaky. I'm considering just returning this, and going back to basics with a more proven concept.
